Vicky Vasileiou is a visual artist that lives and works in Piraeus, Greece.  She studied in the School of Visual and Applied Arts of the UOWM in Florina, Greece and she holds a master’s degree in “Art, Law and Economy” of the IHU in Thessaloniki, Greece. She worked as an intern at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) in Athens and at the School of Visual and Applied Arts of the UOWM, in Florina. She also worked at the Ministry of Culture and as a member of the organizing committee in international conferences such as “Walking Art, Walking Practices, Walking Bodies” of the UOWM. She has taken part in group exhibitions in Greece and abroad, such as La Maison de la Grece in Paris, Momus-Experimental Center of the Arts in Thessaloniki, the Folk Life & Ethnological Museum of Macedonia & Thrace in Thessaloniki, Yeni Mosque in Thessaloniki, the Museum of Folklore Art in Florina, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Florina and in art fairs such as ArtAthina, ArtThessaloniki etc.
